Achievements on GAM3S.GG are both used to gamify the overall experience by rewarding engagement and participation, but also as a segmentation method based on interest and level of involvement on the backend for each user profile. Users can acquire achievement badges based on the following activities:

* Completing Quests
* Using new platform features
* Participating in specific events
* Reaching higher ranks&#x20;

On the backend, these same achievement badges are used to segment, group and filter specific users based on the type of platform features they interact with, the nature of games they interact with, and their overall engagement and participation score - which helps guide platform development decisions and overall experience improvement.
